What are the delivery times?
If immediately available, your order will ship within 5 to 8 days. Otherwise, the production process is 2 to 3 weeks.
I'll keep you updated on the status of your order by email.
Did your order arrive incomplete or not what you ordered?
If your order arrives incomplete, please contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving your package by sending an email to hola@revozze.com
You must include the following information:
· Photo of the shipping label on the package.
· Photo of the outer packaging
· Photo of the interior of the shipment
· Photos of any visible damage
All photos must be clear in order to process your claim. The product will be considered accepted if no claims are received within the first 24 hours of receiving the package.
My order appears delivered but I didn't receive it.
If your order shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, it's very important that you report it immediately within the first 48 hours of the delivery date so we can follow up with the carrier.

Do you make custom orders?
We currently offer pieces in all sizes, and we also do some customizations depending on the piece and the stones available.

National shipments
· Shipping to all of Mexico for $100 MXN
· Free shipping on your first purchase.
· Free shipping on orders of 2 or more pieces.
· Deliveries in Toluca and Metepec.

Returns, exchanges and warranty
Do the parts have a warranty?
All of our parts come with a 6-month warranty exclusively for manufacturing defects. If you notice any defects in your part, please contact us so we can review your case and provide a solution by sending an email to hola@revozze.com . Be sure to include a clear photo of the defect in the part.
It's important to note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, impacts, falls, or contact with abrasive substances.
Shipping and logistics costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you do repairs?
If you're located in Toluca or Metepec, or would like to send your REVOZZE part to us for repair, please email us at hola@revozze.com and we'll be happy to provide a quote for the service you require. Shipping and logistics costs are the customer's responsibility.
If you can't send us your piece, we recommend going to your trusted jeweler.
Do you offer refunds?
We accept returns within the first 7 days of receiving the order, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
If your return is due to a manufacturing error or because you received an item you didn't order, please email us at hola@revozze.com and we'll do our best to help you.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations once the order has been submitted, as our pieces are handmade in small batches. If you have any issues, please contact us by DM or email hola@revozze.com , and we will do our best to help you.
Regarding custom orders, we do not accept cancellations once the design has been sent to production.
